Jared L. Anderson

Jared L. Anderson is a partner at the firm, and a member of the firm’s litigation practice. For several years, Jared has been honored by his peers as one of Utah’s top civil litigation attorneys as a Mountain States Super Lawyer and in Utah Business Magazine’s annual Utah Legal Elite publication.  Jared also holds the Martindale Hubbel AV Preeminent rating which signifies a large number of the his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Jared has represented large and small companies, financial institutions, real estate developers, contractors, and physician groups. He is thoroughly familiar with the rules and procedures of Utah trial and appellate courts, and has handled trials in the district courts, as well as appeals to the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court.  However, Jared is a firm believer that litigation should be the last-resort in most conflicts, and works to obtain early resolution to both large and small disputes.

Jared received his law degree from the University of Utah. While at law school, he was designated a William H. Leary Scholar. Prior to law school, Jared received a B.S. degree from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

Jared enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, three married children, and three grandchildren. He is an avid BYU fan, and has held football and basketball season tickets for most of his life.
